when did 1993 become fashionable?

Really…I just. dont. get it. “Fashion” over the last 2 or 3 years has snowballed into the oblivion. Now yeah I wear the occasional skinny jean, and I enjoy a good vest. But moderation people. And seriously, dayglo?
